Christmas Collection for ‘Welcare’ ends Monday 11th December- Welcare is a SW London/E Surrey charity, with Christian foundations, dedicated to one-to-one, practical and emotional support for local families in need, who have children aged up to 13. Traditionally, it has been generously supported by our congregation; leaflets are at the back of the church. If you would like to help this Christmas, please buy plastic gift card/s (the most useful are Sainsbury’s & Tesco) and pass them (in an envelope stating their individual value) to a sides-person, Chris or Simon Child, or to Marie, our Parish Administrator, by Monday 11th December. Also, Welcare seeks volunteers for child mentoring (8-13 years) who could offer a few hours every 2 weeks.
