The ever popular season of Sunday Afternoon Recitals at St. Anne’s, Kew, continues this summer. This season is the most ambitious yet, with a rich variety of first-class performers and performances.
All concerts begin at 3:30pm and last for 45 minutes. Teas will be served in the parish rooms before and after the recital. All recitals are given free of charge with a retiring collection.

St. Anne’s welcomes back innovative opera company Shadwell Opera.
Conducted by Finnegan Downie Dear, and sung by internationally-renowned
tenor Samuel Furness, they present Janacek’s dark song cycle The Diary of

Ars Eloquentiae, directed by Chad Kelly, performs one of Bach’s earliest
Cantatas “Aus der Tiefen” BWV 131

PIANO SERIES No. 1
Described in The Telegraph as “remarkable”, pianist Gamal Khamis returns
to St. Anne’s to give a recital centred around Brahms’ 6 Klavierstücke.
Also featured in this programme is Chopin’s great Ballade No. 4.
